Dadding the best I can (a podcast interview)

If you know me, I’m unapologetically focused on my family. It’s hard to pull me away on nights or weekends because that’s my family time. Later today I’m leaving work early to be the Mystery Reader at my daughter’s school. I dig being a dad, and a husband, above all else.

Most of the time when I’m interviewed on a podcast or at an event, I get a question, maybe two, about my family. I understand that. The audience is there to hear about business advice and strategy, not about my strategy of putting my family first, even while running three different companies (Dragon Army, 48in48, Ripples of Hope.)

So I was thrilled when Rob asked me to be interviewed on his podcast, Dad The Best I Can! I hope you enjoy hearing me talk about this aspect of my life :)
